frequently asked questions

Before you start

Here you’ll find answers to the most frequent questions about how FLOWGA works — from your first visit to choosing a plan and managing your classes.

We want you to always know what to expect, and for your experience to be simple, calm and cared-for from the very first moment.

Your first time at FLOWGA?

Start here.

We want your first experience to be simple and calm. Here you’ll find everything you need to know before arriving at the studio.

Arrive 5 minutes early

So we can show you around the space, answer any question and make sure you start your practice calmly.

Shoe-free studio

When you enter FLOWGA, leave your shoes in the designated entrance area. The studio is a shoe-free space, designed to keep the environment cared-for and ready for practice.

Non-slip socks

Non-slip socks are not mandatory, but they are highly recommended for greater comfort and safety during classes.

Do I need to do the Check-up before starting?

No. If you have no symptoms, limitations or specific conditions that require monitoring, you can start your practice without doing the Check-up consultation beforehand.

Even so, we recommend doing an initial assessment within your first weeks. This moment lets us get to know your body, history, needs and goals better, so we can guide your practice in a more individual way.

The assessment is part of the FLOWGA journey and an important step in building a practice that suits you.

Pregnancy and Postpartum

Your safety and well-being are our priority.

If you are pregnant, we recommend starting with the Check-up consultation before beginning regular classes. Some disciplines or exercises may not be suitable at this stage, so the FLOWGA team can help you find the safest option for you.

After childbirth, returning to practice should be gradual and follow the guidance of your healthcare professional.

Plans and Access

What forms of access are there at FLOWGA?

At FLOWGA you’ll find different ways of accessing group classes, designed for different practice rhythms and levels of commitment.

  • Monthly Plans — for those who want to build a regular practice.
  • Class Packs — for those who prefer more flexibility.
  • Drop-in classes — for those who want to try things out or practise occasionally.

What are the Monthly Plans?

The Monthly Plans support a regular practice with monthly validity, with limited spots.

  • Regular Monthly Plan: fixed weekly frequency, as part of a class group with a reserved place.
  • Flexible Monthly Plan: a number of classes per month booked via the app, subject to spot availability.

What happens in months with public holidays?

On the Regular Monthly Plan, the monthly price stays the same regardless of the number of weeks or public holidays in that month. When the studio is closed on public holidays, those classes are not compensated. The plan works on an annual logic: over the year, months with more weeks balance out the months with fewer practice days.

What are the Class Packs?

Packs are a flexible option, for those who prefer to manage their practice at their own pace.

Available options:

  • 5-class Pack — valid for 2 months
  • 10-class Pack — valid for 4 months

Can I take a class without joining FLOWGA?

Yes. If you’re still getting to know FLOWGA, you can start with a drop-in class or choose the Intro Pack of 3 trial classes — these options are exclusively for new students.

FLOWGA membership is required for those who want to join our regular practice plans and packs.

About our classes

How long are the classes?

Classes last between 50 and 90 minutes, depending on the discipline. Most disciplines last 50 to 60 minutes, including:

  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Power On
  • Balance
  • Mobility

Disciplines lasting 90 minutes:

  • Aerial Yoga
  • Aerial Fusion
  • Yoga & Meditation

Do I need experience to take part?

You don’t need any experience to start at FLOWGA. We have different disciplines, levels and class formats, and we’ll help you find the option best suited to your starting point.

Some practices assume more experience or physical preparation, and in those cases that information is stated in the class description.

If you don’t know where to start, talk to us — we’ll be glad to guide you.

Can I try different disciplines?

Yes. In fact, we encourage you to explore different forms of movement to discover what best suits your body, your goals and the moment you’re in.

Bookings, Cancellations and Spots

How do I know which plan is right for me?

It depends on how often you want to practise, your routine and the level of commitment you’re looking for.

If you’re just starting and don’t yet know which format suits you best, talk to us via WhatsApp: (+351) 967 983 798

We can help you choose between a Monthly Plan, Flex or Pack, taking your goals and availability into account.

Do I need to book the class before going to the studio?

Yes. All classes work by prior booking, as we work with small groups and limited spots.

Bookings are made through the member area (or the "book a class" option), where you can check the available times and manage your classes.

We don’t operate on a walk-in basis, so we recommend not coming to the studio without a booking. If you have any questions or need help before starting, talk to us through our digital channels.

Is there a limit on people per class?

Yes. We work with small groups to ensure close guidance and quality during practice. Spots are therefore limited and should be booked in advance.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Yes, we know that plans change and that unexpected things happen. If you need to change a booking, you can do so within the deadlines set for each format:

  • Flexible Monthly Plan: up to 24 hours before
  • Packs: up to 12 hours before

These deadlines let us free up the spot in time and give someone else the chance to take the class.

When a class is cancelled outside the deadline, the class is considered used.

Can I change my plan or form of access?

Yes. If your routine changes, your plan may need to change too. Talk to us and we’ll help you find the most suitable option, according to the conditions and availability in place.

Does joining FLOWGA have an associated cost?

FLOWGA membership costs 35€ and is valid for 12 months.

It includes the mandatory Sports Insurance, valid for that period.

After 12 months, the annual renewal costs 20€, including the insurance renewal.
