Inside the FLOWGA studio

About us

We created FLOWGA so that movement could be lived in a different way.

Our story

It all started with a simple idea.

When we created FLOWGA, we wanted more than a place to train.

We imagined a place where different forms of movement could coexist, where there was time to learn, experiment and evolve, and where each person could be supported closely.

A space where caring for the body was not just another task on the calendar, but a way of caring for ourselves.

That is how, in 2022, we opened the doors of FLOWGA for the first time.

Since then, we have been meeting people, listening to stories, following journeys and realising that FLOWGA would have to grow with the people who were part of it.

Our offering grew. The team grew. The way we look at movement evolved too.

Today we are more than we were at the start, but the intention remains:

To create a space where you can care for your body, build your strength and develop a more mindful relationship with movement.

And to keep doing things with intention.

FLOWGA today

Movement is at the heart of everything we do.

Today, FLOWGA brings together different ways of caring for the body.

Group classes, one-to-one guidance and small-group practice sit alongside recovery, nutrition and remote coaching — to support different needs, goals and moments in life.

We believe that caring for the body is not just about how you move.

It is also about how you feel, how you recover, how you evolve and how you can carry that care with you beyond the studio.

The way we do things

We don’t believe in movement out of obligation. We believe in movement with intention.

In learning to know the body instead of simply demanding from it.

In building strength without losing mobility.

In challenging without ceasing to listen.

In creating consistency without turning movement into an obligation.

And in finding ways of caring for ourselves that we can keep up throughout life.

Community

more than a studio.a community in movement.

FLOWGA is also built by the people who are part of it.

By the teachers who share their knowledge, by the people who come back week after week, by the conversations before and after class and by the relationships that end up growing inside and outside the practice.

Over the years, many people have helped shape FLOWGA. It is that human dimension we want to preserve as we keep growing.

A practice in progress at the FLOWGA studio

FLOWGA keeps evolving.

And we want you to be part of the next chapter.
