pilates matwork

Precision, control and awareness in every movement.

Our Pilates Matwork classes are organised in three levels, built around each student’s physical conditioning, experience and goal.

clinical pilates

Focused on rehabilitation, injury prevention, pain and better body awareness, with exercises adapted to each person’s needs and physical condition.

Especially suited to anyone looking for a more guided, careful practice — it can be an option for seniors, pre- and postnatal stages and injury recovery, among other specific needs.

pilates open level

Suitable for different levels of experience, with progressions and adaptations throughout the class. An option for those who want to practise and progress with guidance, respecting their own level.

active pilates

FLOWGA signature

A class with a more dynamic approach, for those looking for a greater physical challenge, strength and endurance.

You don’t need any previous experience: the class adapts to your starting point and lets you progress at your own pace.

This structure lets you find the level of practice best suited to your experience, fitness and goals, with room to progress at your own pace.

pilates reformer

Precision, control and resistance through movement.

A Pilates practice on the Reformer, where working with the springs creates both resistance and assistance, letting you explore different exercises and movement patterns.

Progression is built through the use of the springs and the evolution of the exercises, always in line with each person’s experience and ability.

At FLOWGA, Pilates Reformer is taught exclusively in private one-to-one or duo sessions, allowing close guidance and a practice adapted to each student’s goals.

hybrid pilates

More attention, more personalisation, in a small group.

A small-group Pilates experience, with a maximum of four people, combining Matwork and Reformer work in the same class through a circuit of exercise stations.

Each station explores a different way of working the body, while the teacher follows and guides the practice closely.

The schedule is set together by the teacher and the group, creating a more personal experience adapted to everyone’s availability.

it may be for you if you’re looking for

the variety of a practice that combines Matwork and Reformer, with more guidance than in a regular group class.

Movement, presence and balance between body and mind.

A practice that combines movement, flexibility and body awareness with breathing exercises, making space to work the body while you build a deeper connection between movement, breath and presence.

Through different postures and sequences you can explore mobility, flexibility and strength, ending the practice with a calmer moment.

At FLOWGA you can practise Yoga in group classes or private sessions, depending on the kind of experience and guidance you’re looking for.

Fluid movement, music and balance.

A class that combines movements inspired by Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, built around music tracks with different focuses.

Each track leads its own sequence, working different dimensions of movement — mobility, strength, balance, control and flexibility — in a continuous, varied practice.

The class ends with a moment of relaxation, closing the practice with a sense of lightness.

aerial fusion

Strength, fluidity and the freedom to leave the ground.

A FLOWGA signature class that combines different kinds of movement in a single practice.

You’ll find elements of Yoga, Pilates and Calisthenics, woven into aerial work on the fabric. From Yoga we bring, among other things, work aligned with the breath and flexibility; from Pilates, control and body awareness; from Calisthenics, bodyweight work — all in the same class.

It’s a practice where we build strength with control, mobility with stability and body awareness, while exploring suspended movements and new possibilities for the body.

Inverted positions also help decompress the spine, using the support of the fabric to create an experience different from floor practice.

And there’s a fundamental part: we have fun. Because this is a practice that challenges you, but also surprises you and makes you want to keep discovering.

Progression is part of the experience. You’ll have close guidance and will be invited to move on to more demanding movements only when your body is ready.

Here we build confidence.Because flying isn’t about height. It’s about control and awareness.

it may be for you if you’re looking for

a challenge for your body, more strength, mobility and flexibility, something different, and new possibilities of movement.

aerial yoga

Flow, stretch and find a new freedom in the air.

A Yoga-inspired practice that uses the fabric as support to explore movement, flexibility, mobility and balance.

Through postures, stretches and breathing exercises we make space for a deeper reconnection between body and mind, exploring movement differently from traditional floor practice.

The fabric provides support and new possibilities of movement, making the practice accessible to different levels of experience.

The class ends with a moment of relaxation, lying inside the fabric, so you can simply slow down and take the practice in.

it may be for you if you’re looking for

better flexibility and mobility, a different way to explore Yoga, or a moment of reconnection and relaxation.

mobility

Discover new ways to move.

A class that works mobility from the ground up, starting with the feet and gradually integrating the body as a whole.

We explore mobility, stability, control and body awareness through different exercises and movement challenges.

But Mobility isn’t standing still and stretching. It’s experimenting, discovering and playing with movement, often in ways you wouldn’t expect to find in a mobility class.

it may be for you if you’re looking for

less stiffness, a greater range of motion, more control, or a complement to other practices and activities.
